Return & Refund Policy

At Fleetfeett, we want every runner to feel confident with the gear they purchase. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help you through the return process quickly and fairly.

Our Approach to Returns

We understand that not every purchase goes as planned, and that’s okay. Whether the size doesn’t fit, the color wasn’t what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, our goal is to make returns straightforward and stress-free.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and still has all tags and packaging intact
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date

How to Start a Return

  • Email Us: Contact our support team at support@fleetfeett.store. Include your order number and a brief note about why you’d like to return the item.
  • Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  • Ship the Item: Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When We Cover Return Shipping

We’ll gladly cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • There was an error in your order caused by us

For damaged items, please include clear photos in your email so we can process your return or exchange faster.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email within 1 business day
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days
  • Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the funds to appear in your account

Important Notes

  • We do not refund original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our mistake or a product issue)

We currently offer two options if the error was on our part:

  • Full Refund: You may choose to receive a full refund for the item.
  • Replacement: Alternatively, we can send you the correct item at no extra cost.

Please note: Items that appear used or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We’ll track the shipment with our carrier and offer a solution, including a refund or replacement, if necessary.
